I didn’t realize it was a full install. But I am having issues with not seeing Maya in my desktop app. The lic guy here is working on it. No problem, it can change from update to update. I recommend access it from your Autodesk Account. The person running the Maya twitter feed pointed me in the direction of this thread saying ” You will need to download the update directly from your Autodesk account if the desktop app is not picking it up as available.
Possibly wrong permissions set on your account owner’s profile. If you’re entitled to updates you will have to contact Autodesk and they will assist you. What browser are you using?
