Finally, you understand and agree that Affinity, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users including you , may need to make changes to your User Submissions to conform and adapt those User Submissions to the technical requirements of connected networks, devices, services, or media, and the foregoing licenses include the rights to do so. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. You agree that Affinity shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.
If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you agree that Affinity is under no obligation to become involved.

Bought and installed. Hi MBd, You were close ; For commercial individual use you can install it in two computers. On a home environment you can install it on up to five computers. Some specialist software site licenses are managed by Departments. See lists below and software list on ITSS wiki. Most software can be self-deployed via the Software Center which is available on all departmental desktops and laptops.
Software can also be remotely deployed onto Departmental computers by IT staff upon request via email to itsupport materials. General software Operating systems – Linux users should seek advice from IT staff.
Mac computers should always run either of the two latest versions. Windows computers should always run Windows 10 either of the four latest versions. For personal machines staff are entitled to one copy of Microsoft operating system from IT Services shop under the Microsoft Campus agreement. Students are entitled to Microsoft education discounts for personal machines.
Staff and students can also purchase discounted Microsoft products online – see download details. Word processing – Microsoft Office is freely available from IT staff for all department-owned machines.
The university operates a Microsoft Campus agreement. Open source alternatives like LibreOffice or Latex are not promoted since Microsoft Office is the standard across the department.
