What good is software you can’t buy. I’ve given up trying to buy it, going to have to get an alternative. I have used this program for several years and it has never failed. I reset my modem, even called my ISP, even ran some tools, none of which seemed to work. With that said, I fully uninstalled Jaksta, reinstalling the previous version, which I had to find outside of Jaksta’s website.

I love Jaksta, and I was excited to see a brand new version released. After trying it out, it froze on me several times, along with stopping a few recordings I had going. Although there is no changelog, there are some obvious changes, and a number of issues to go along with them.

I’m running Media Recorder version 2. Within the last few days, when I try to access some websites with the Media Recorder “on”, or when I try to run video content live or recorded I will get a security block that will not let me proceed any further. This website may be impersonating “xxxxx. You should go back to the previous page” It presents options to “show details” or to “go back”, but never lets me just proceed.
This happens using Safari As soon as I turn the Media Recorder to “off” the problem goes away. I am running Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac, but that doesn’t seem to be involved. Log attached. Any ideas? Jaksta Video and Music Downloaders.
